Description

  1. Manually and (excel)add a lead with a mobile number in the CRM (without the +91 country code).
  2. Open the Calling App.
  3. Call the same customer using the manually added number.
  4. End the call and check the Lead list in the CRM.
    When calling a manually added contact, the Calling App automatically adds the +91 country code and creates a new lead instead of mapping the call to the existing lead.
