Description

Defect Title: Website: User Web Activity Report – Some Values Missing in Downloaded Excel

Module: Reports – User Web Activity Report
Platform: Website

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Login to the Website.
  • Navigate to Reports → User Web Activity Report.
  • Apply the required filters, if applicable.
  • Generate the report.
  • Verify the values displayed in the report.
  • Click on Download/Export Excel.
  • Open the downloaded Excel file.
  • Compare the Excel data with the values displayed in the report.
  • Observe that some values are missing in the downloaded Excel file.

Actual Result:
Some values displayed in the User Web Activity Report are not available in the downloaded Excel file.

Expected Result:
All values displayed in the User Web Activity Report should be correctly included in the downloaded Excel file.
