Description:
When opening the Lead Detail page in the APK for a lead without a name, the Contact icon is not displayed.

Steps to Reproduce:

Login to the APK.
Navigate to the Lead module.
Open a lead that does not have a name.
Check the Lead Detail page.
The Contact icon is not displayed for leads without a name (currently displayed ?).
